Getting the best fit

The elastic strap is fully adjustable. Start loose and tighten gradually until it feels snug but comfortable, and lean back on a sofa or pillow for the most even pressure. If you prefer less pressure, choose Sleep mode for heat only. Like most new massagers, it can have a light "new product" smell at first, so air it out for a day before first use.

How to use

Could be better, really pinches hard at the side of your head. warms up adequately and easy to pair the bluetooth. speaker isnt great. vibration is vey weak. cant hear the voice to tell what mode it is in, and with the light bleed on the display it looks like every option is turned on. i only wanted a warming electric eye mask, which its good for, the rest is poor. shame because its sturdy and feature full, but the features are lacking.
